Maintaining confidentiality and privacy of information regarding our church members is of the utmost importance to us. Accordingly, Hollywood Community Church strives to adhere to each of the following when accessing church membership or donation personal information.
- Hollywood Community Church does not sell, rent or lease our data base information or otherwise disclose personal information regarding donations or our membership past or present. Safeguarding your personal information is imperative to us, therefore, we will disclose this information only as required by law or to conduct business and provide each member certain services such as quarterly giving statements.
- Hollywood Community Church will not share with other non-profit organizations your personal information. Disclosures of personal information about a member, past or present, will only be made by specific request from that member and authorized in writing or specifically requested by law or a government agency.
- In order to protect your personal information, Hollywood Community Church consistently strives to maintain administrative and physical safeguards while preserving the integrity and security of our computer system. We utilize state-of-the-art computer technology while limiting internal and external access to our data base and hard copy files.
- All administrative staff of Hollywood Community Church and The Hollywood Christian Academy is required to adhere to our privacy policy and protect our members’ personal information. The viewing of members’ personal records is limited only to those employees who need access in order to perform their job functions. Employees who abuse or misuse this information are subject to disciplinary action.
This notice is only to inform you about our privacy policy and the measures we take to insure the safeguarding of your personal information. Should you have any questions regarding this policy, you may contact the church office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
